Refund Policy

We want you to love your journal. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns:

If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

 

Change of Mind:

​

You have the right to return your journal for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, email us at fillyourcupjournal@hotmail.com with your order number.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Refunds:

​

Refunds are issued once we’ve reviewed and approved your return. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

 

We are unable to offer refunds for journals that have been written in, used, or returned outside of the 14-day window.
